District 19 Sen. Ryan Pearson said it’s an honor to represent constituents and he’s proud of the results he’s delivered.
“Taking office during difficult economic times, one of my top priorities was improving our business climate. In just the last two years we have cut 5,000 pages of regulations and reduced business taxes, saving businesses $140 million a year,” he said. “These efforts are creating more jobs than any time in our state’s history and driving wages up.”
Investing in communities has also been of paramount importance, he said.
“Supporting our schools, investing in roads and parks have all been significant accomplishments. This year I am particularly proud of securing unprecedented state incentives to renovate our schools, saving Cumberland $17 million and Lincoln $8 million. I am also proud to have finally secured state funding to begin a revitalization of Diamond Hill Park.
I humbly ask for your continued support.”
